Organic Berry Muesli Mixed in aluminium troughs by hand and semi-automatically filled, although sealed by hand, today make for the highest quality muesli as almost no greakage occurs. However, the most important factor is the ingredients. For instance the decisive factor with berry muesli is the proportion of freeze dried berries. This is usually about 2% - freeze dried berries are the most expensive fruit – where as “BIO-KING“ adds 4%. This 4% is equivalent to 40% fresh berries (the berries are carefully dried to 10% of their weight) – therefore it tastes of so many berries and their aroma. The high proportion of dates, apricots and sultanans make this muesli to a top quality premium product. Naturally produced cornflakes and the best honey pops (durum wheat) and Himalaya honey are further valuable ingredients. Less expensive rye, barley and wheat flakes are replaced entirely by more easily digestible and more valuable oat flakes. The high proportion of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries (3.5%) as well as dried cranberries (0.5%) is at present the muesli with the highest percentage of berries on the market. Prepared by hand, you can taste the difference.
Organic Crispy Crunchy This roasted muesli is made entirely from oat and coconut flakes, active sugar, raw cane sugar, Himalaya honey and unhardened coconut fat. We use our valuable honey pops instead of rice crisps and finished it with a little Himalaya salt. Our customers have assured us that this crunchy is of a quality till now unequalled on the market.		Organic Coconut Banana Crunchy This special crispy crunchy has the addition of coconut flakes and coconut chips (in all 16%) and 12% sun ripened, carefully dried organic bananas. The coconut and intense banana taste is new and unique to the market (worldwide). The banana flakes are also available alone.
