We feature organic seasonal highlights, and local specialties from spring to fall, and stock as many local crops as are available during the winter months (primarily root crops and apples). We buy directly from local producers whenever possible, and work with a number of certified organic, local distributors, striving for an organic chain of supply, all the way from the organic farm to our shelves.
