Water is the essential commodity for any living being, a fundamental element required every day by every human, animal and plant. Water covers about 71% of the earth’s surface with a volume of approximately 1,450 million cubic kilometres. However, fresh-water amounts to less than one million cubic kilometres. Water is therefore a very valuable commodity. Lauretana is a water in the least mineralized Its ionic composition classifies it as bicarbonate and rich in Calcium. It is demonstrated that bicarbonate-calcic waters are more diuretic than the sodic ones, moreover they have on the stomach and on the liver an action of stimulus expressing into an evident facility of the digestive function.
